2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Wovix website only for lawful purposes.

Before starting a project, Wovix Inc. and the client may agree on:

  • Payment schedule
  • Number of revisions
  • Third-party services
  • Hosting and domain requirements
  • Other project-specific requirements

The agreed project scope may be documented through a quotation, proposal, invoice, email, WhatsApp conversation, project agreement, or other written communication.

If a requirement is not included in the agreed scope, it may be treated as additional work.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate and lawful information, content, images, logos, documents, credentials, and other materials required for the project.

The client confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials to Wovix Inc.

Clients are also responsible for reviewing and approving project materials within a reasonable timeframe.

Delays caused by late content, approvals, feedback, access credentials, or other client dependencies may affect the project timeline.

5. Payments

Project prices and payment schedules will be communicated before or during project engagement.

Depending on the project, Wovix Inc. may require:

  • Full payment before work begins
  • An advance payment
  • Milestone-based payments
  • Payment upon completion
  • Recurring payments for ongoing services

The applicable payment terms for a particular project will be communicated to the client.

Failure to make a required payment may result in suspension or delay of project work or services.

6. Website and App Development

For website and application projects, Wovix Inc. will develop the agreed features and functionality described in the project scope.

Additional features, major redesigns, new integrations, or changes outside the original scope may involve additional charges.

Third-party services such as hosting, domains, APIs, payment gateways, plugins, software licenses, app stores, and external platforms may have separate costs and terms.

7. Revisions

Reasonable revisions included in the agreed project scope will be provided according to the project agreement.

A revision means a modification to an existing agreed design or functionality.

A completely new design, feature, page, application flow, or major change in requirements may be considered additional work.

8. Hosting and Domain

Where hosting or domain services are included in a project package, the specific duration and limitations will be communicated to the client.

Domain names remain subject to the policies of the relevant domain registrar.

Hosting performance and availability may depend on third-party infrastructure providers.

Wovix Inc. is not responsible for outages, suspension, policy changes, or technical failures caused by third-party hosting, domain, cloud, or infrastructure providers.

9. Digital Marketing and SEO

Digital marketing and SEO services are provided using professional strategies and reasonable efforts.

However, Wovix Inc. does not guarantee a specific:

  • Google ranking
  • Number of leads
  • Number of customers
  • Sales
  • Website traffic
  • Advertising conversion rate
  • Revenue
  • Social media growth

Search engines, advertising platforms, social networks, and other third-party platforms control their own algorithms, policies, rankings, and advertising systems.

Changes made by such platforms may affect results.

10. Advertising Services

Where Wovix Inc. manages online advertising campaigns, the client is responsible for providing accurate business information, approved promotional material, pricing, and other required information.

Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google, Meta, or other advertising providers are separate from Wovix Inc.'s service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Advertising performance may vary and is not guaranteed.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wovix Inc. retains ownership of its pre-existing:

  • Code
  • Frameworks
  • Templates
  • Components
  • Design systems
  • Tools
  • Processes
  • Libraries
  • Internal technologies

Upon full payment, the client will receive the agreed deliverables and usage rights specified in the project agreement.

Third-party software, fonts, plugins, APIs, stock images, libraries, and other materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

12. Client Content

The client retains ownership of content, trademarks, photographs, logos, product information, text, and other materials supplied by the client.

The client grants Wovix Inc. permission to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.

The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable laws.

13. Portfolio and Promotional Use

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, Wovix Inc. may display completed projects in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials.

If a project contains confidential information, the client may request that Wovix Inc. not publicly display such information.

14. Third-Party Services

Projects may depend on third-party services, including:

  • Google
  • Meta
  • WhatsApp
  • Vercel
  • Firebase
  • Supabase
  • Payment gateways
  • Domain registrars
  • Hosting providers
  • App stores
  • Analytics services
  • APIs and software platforms

Wovix Inc. does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, policies, security, or continued operation.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Custom development work that has already been completed, third-party expenses, purchased domains, software licenses, advertising spend, and other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.

16. Project Termination

Either party may request termination of a project subject to the applicable project agreement and payment obligations.

If a project is terminated after work has started, the client may remain responsible for payment for work already completed and approved third-party expenses.

Wovix Inc. may suspend or terminate services in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Abuse or harassment
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Illegal activity
  • Repeated violation of these Terms
  • Unauthorised use of Wovix systems

17. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website and services available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Hosting issues
  • Software updates
  • Security incidents
  • Internet infrastructure problems
  • Third-party outages
  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wovix Inc. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.

This may include loss of:

  • Expected marketing results

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

19. Indemnification

Changes to an existing paid project will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.

Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or Wovix Inc.'s services will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of courts in India.
